Bangladeshi citizens need a visa arranged in advance to enter Czechia. A visa has to be obtained before travelling to Czechia. Processing takes the processing time for Schengen visa applications is 15 days, and most applications can be processed earlier. In individual cases it can be extended to up to 45 days, mainly when further examination is needed. Bring a valid passport, a fully filled-out and signed application form, a recent photograph, payment of the visa fee, biometric data (fingerprints), except for children under 12, supporting documents on the purpose of stay, such as a trip reservation, travel agency confirmation, or plan of journey, proof of accommodation and financial means, a document proving your intention to leave the Schengen area, usually a ticket reservation plus proof of ties at home and travel medical insurance. Children aged 12 to 15 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. Visa holders must tell the consulate about changes to their travel arrangements, and a visa does not automatically grant entry: border officers may ask for proof of accommodation, finances, and a return ticket.
