On arrival: all travellers are required to submit an arrival card within three days prior to arrival in Indonesia. Conditions: an electronic visa on arrival application can be made for up to five people at once. This covers tourist and short business visits only, not work, study or residence, and a border officer makes the final decision on entry in every case. Avoid Some Regions
UK FCDO: The FCDO advises against all travel to the exclusion zones around several active volcanoes, including Lewotobi Laki-Laki, Sinabung, Marapi, Semeru, Ruang, and Ibu.
