Seychelles trip checklist

Irish citizens do not need a visa to enter Seychelles for stays of up to 90 days. No visa is needed before travelling to Seychelles for a short tourist or business visit. The fee is the visitor permit is issued free of charge for the first three months. An extension costs SCR 5,000 for each further period of up to three months. Bring a valid return or onward ticket, confirmed accommodation arrangements and sufficient funds to cover the duration of the stay. On arrival: an Electronic Travel Authorisation must be held before departing your country of origin. Immigration and Civil Status states that all visitors must possess one, applied for through the Seychelles e-Border app or at seychelles.govtas.com. Conditions: the permit runs for three months at first and can be extended in successive periods of up to three months, to a maximum total of twelve months.
